Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. All items are sold as-is. We don’t allow refunds, exchanges or trades.
Since all dresses are sold off-the-rack and offered a discounted prices, all sales are final.
Dress and Effect will offer a free 24 hour hold on 1 dress if you need more time to think about it, before you purchase. This is not applicable on any of our special sale dates, pop-ups, clearance sales, or seasonal sales. Since we don’t allow returns or exchanges, we want to make sure you are 100% confident in your purchase.
Appointment Fees
Your appointment fee will be applied to the total cost of your dress, ensuring that it is deducted from your final purchase amount. There are no refunds on appointments fees.

Dress and Effect is part of the Operation Prom National Network, Inc. a national 501 c3 not-for-profit organization, with tax exemption status. Any fees or payments considered donations and therefore not refundable.
